The best way to share multiple apps on social media
2 min read
Social bios allow one link. Make that link a catalog. AllApps turns a single bio URL into every app you need to share on X, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Every major social network gives you one website field. That rule is not going away. The mistake is rotating the field every time you launch, which trains your audience to ignore it.
Pick one URL and keep it. If you ship more than one app, that URL should be an AllApps page.
Put the catalog in the bio, the product in the post
A launch post can still link the new app directly in the thread or caption. The bio should stay stable: allapps.page/@you.
People who discover you from an old viral post still land on a current catalog. People who discover you from the new post can go deeper when they want the rest of your work.
Repeat the same handle everywhere
If you are @ken on X, try to be @ken on AllApps. The spoken version becomes easy: "I am on allapps.page slash ken."
When the handle is taken, pick something you can say out loud. Avoid extra dashes you will misspell on a podcast.
What to post besides the link
The page is not the content. Show the product:
- a screen recording of the web app
- a before-and-after of the workflow
- a pinned review from someone who is not you
Then point to the AllApps URL for "everything else I make." That call to action is clearer than "link in bio" with no explanation.
Use the page in profile videos and carousels
On Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, the last frame of a demo can show the AllApps URL as text. Viewers who watch on mute still get the destination.
You can change apps on the page without reshooting that end card. The URL on screen stays true.
Do not turn the catalog into a dumping ground
Social traffic is impatient. List live products, a short bio, and maybe a demo. Save drafts and abandoned experiments for later.
If the page is also your portfolio, keep the same discipline. See how to create an indie app portfolio and a Linktree alternative for app makers.
Claim the one link you will actually keep and share every app from it.
